About The Role :

We are currently seeking X-Ray Technologists for a Mobile X-Ray program , supporting one of our largest NYC partners. This is a night shift position for a temporary long-term project .

X-Ray Technologists Key Responsibilities :

• Perform radiologic services in compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards, as well as hospital policies
• Prepare and position patients for X-ray examinations and explain procedures
• Operate radiologic equipment and adjust settings for optimal results
• Utilize immobilization and support devices to ensure proper patient positioning
• Monitor patient and equipment during procedures and report any unusual occurrences
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and report any issues; maintain inventory control of supplies
• Document examination details and provide necessary information to the Radiologist
• Maintain proper image identification and labeling
• Transport and operate mobile radiology equipment in various patient care areas
• Complete necessary paperwork such as incident reports as assigned
• Stay current with advancements in radiographic techniques and safety guidelines
