• My client is looking for a BE / BC Otolaryngologist for cosmetic and general procedures
• Year 1 is a guaranteed salary
• Year 2 is salary plus productivity
• Year 3 partnership is considered if desired
• Call : 1 : 6
• Very little competition in the area
• QuadA OR for cosmetic cases including Rhinoplasty
• Experienced and new candidates including 2025s are encouraged to apply
• 2025s must be able to do Rhinoplasty without a mentor
• Currently there are 6 Surgeons in the group including 2 Plastic Surgeons
• This is a very well run, tight-knit group of surgeons and staff
• Support staff includes NPs, RNs, LPNs, MAs, Ultrasound tech, IT manager, HR, Billing / coding dept., patient coordinators, surgical scheduler and RT and Scrub techs.

• Da Vinci surgical system is located at local hospital
• 1 hr. to Birmingham, 1.5 hrs. to Atlanta and 5 hours to Destin, FL.
