The Role As we continue expanding our footprint nationwide, we’re hiring a General Maintenance Technician to keep our Nashville headquarters in top shape.

This hands-on role is responsible for facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and light repair work.

You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our workspace and everything in it runs smoothly, safely, and reliably.

This position reports to the Director of Finance & Administration and collaborates closely with our Office and Operations teams.

What You’ll Own Perform hands-on facility repairs and upkeep, including plumbing, lighting, fixtures, and minor electrical work Handle general building maintenance, preventive checks, and safety inspections Keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained (trash pickup, sweeping, light landscaping, snow / ice removal) Assemble furniture, set up workstations, and support occasional office reconfigurations Coordinate and assist outside vendors or contractors for specialized repairs Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory for daily maintenance needs Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently Support special projects, relocations, or emergency repairs as needed Ideal Candidate You Might Be a Great Fit If...

You take pride in fixing things right the first time You’re proactive (you notice issues before they become problems) You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded You communicate clearly and follow through on commitments You enjoy variety and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty You bring positive energy and professionalism to every task Qualifications What We’re Looking For 2+ years of facilities, maintenance, or related hands-on experience Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Valid driver’s license Comfortable using tools, ladders, and safety equipment Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and documentation Experience coordinating vendors or contractors is a plus Perks & Benefits   Why Work at Majestic?
