Job Description

Trillium Flow Technologies, founded on a legacy of premier products and services, provides mission-critical valves, pumps, and aftermarket services for core societal infrastructure that includes water and wastewater, power including nuclear power, food and beverage, oil and gas equipment and general industry. The Manufacturing Engineer supports production operations by improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency. This role focuses on implementing engineering solutions that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the McKeesport facility.

Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for actuator production.
• Generate assembly aid documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve workflow.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality concerns.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing.
• Maintain documentation for process changes, tooling, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

This position is based in a manufacturing shop environment and requires frequent physical activity :

Exposure to moderate to high noise levels, vibrations, and varying temperatures.

Use of PPE including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.

Occasional overtime or shift work may be required depending on production needs.

Projected salart range : 70-85K
