Data Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Data Engineering team to build scalable, reusable data systems and APIs

Shape the architectural vision for data ingestion, processing, serving, and access across the organization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business goals and enhance product capabilities

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data and / or software engineering, with 3+ years in a management role

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with experience managing technical teams

Proficient in designing and operating APIs and distributed systems in cloud environments

Experience with stakeholder management and translating technical concepts for diverse audiences

Fluency in AI and its implications for business priorities and technical strategy
