Berkeley, CA | Hybrid : 2 days onsite + 3 remote | Full-Time | $95K–$135K DOE

Are you a compassionate, evidence-based LCSW ready to make a real impact in chronic pain and behavioral health care? Our leading behavioral medicine & pain management clinic is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their collaborative, mission-driven team.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct behavioral health assessments & provide individual, group, family therapy
• Facilitate wellness, mindfulness, and chronic pain groups
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness)
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and behavioral health professionals
• Prepare clinical documentation, treatment plans, and reports

Requirements :

• ? California LCSW license
• ? Experience in chronic pain or behavioral medicine preferred
• ? Strong skills in evidence-based therapy, collaboration, and patient care
• ? Spanish-speaking a plus but not required
