Schedule : 6 : 30a - 3p shifts from Mondays - Fridays

Responsibilities :

Handling ANE for :
Ortho
ENT
Electrophysiology
Other general surgery cases

Requirements :

Valid KY state license

BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications

Some hospital experience and ortho / regional experience
