Schedule Details : - Nights
- 8 and 12-hour shifts
- Every third weekend and holiday rotation
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , caring for a complex and diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesPatients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramA high volume of spinal surgery patients and medical overflow casesThis unit is part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , providing exposure to advanced neurosurgical techniques.

Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.Recognizing significant changes in patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly.Implementing patient safety strategies and engaging patients and families in learning processes.Coordinating discharge planning using an interdisciplinary approach.Evaluating outcomes to enhance care quality and safety.Qualifications :
Licensure, Certification : Must have an active RN license and BLS certification.Education : Completion of an accredited nursing program required.Experience : Minimum of 1 year in clinical nursing preferred.Skills : Proficient in holistic care, critical decision-making, effective communication, and teamwork.Physical Requirements :
