📍 Location : Emergency Departments in Gallipolis, Jackson, and Meigs, OH

💰 Hourly Rate : $300 / hr

🕓 Start Date : As soon as credentialed (estimated 45–60 days)

🕒 Shifts : 12-hour shifts – 8a–8p or 8p–8a

🩺 Specialty : Emergency Medicine / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine

ED Admission Rate : 17% of ED patients admitted daily

Hospital Admissions from ED : 17% of total hospital admissions

Admissions : ED physician writes admission orders

APP Oversight : Required

Deliveries : Sent directly to Labor & Delivery

Available Consultants : Radiology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, GI, Urology, Hematology / Oncology

Job Requirements

Submission & Credentialing Requirements :

✅ Ohio license or IMLC (with LOQ required within 3 business days of offer)

✅ COVID-19 vaccination – REQUIRED

✅ Board Certification (ABMS or AOA) in IM or FM – REQUIRED, no exceptions

✅ Certifications REQUIRED : ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP

✅ Minimum of 2 years recent ED experience – REQUIRED

✅ Must be available for nights and weekends – clearly notated at name clear

✅ All providers will be submitted for all 3 locations : Gallipolis, Jackson, and Meigs

✅ Note : Name clear is not final until client reviews complete provider file
