Job Title : Service Delivery Center System Application Administrator Senior

We are seeking a highly motivated System Application Administrator to join EYs Service Delivery Center. You will play an active role in administering the existing analytics platforms. You will join a team of platform adminstrators who are specialized in one tool but cross-trained on other tools. While you will focus on specific application administration knowledge of these other platforms is beneficial QlikSense Tableau PowerBI BOBJ Matillion Immuta JIRA Confluence Coverity Artifactory Snowflake Informatica (EDC IDQ Axon) Alteryx HVR or Databricks.

This role requires a willingness to dive into complex problems to help the team find elegant solutions. How you communicate and approach problems is important to us. We are looking for team players who are willing to bring people across the disciplines together.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure specific applications.
• Monitor the applicationplatform including integration and alerting solutions and recommend platform improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application platform issues.
• Configure data source connections and manage asset libraries.
• Identify and raise system capacity related issues (storage licenses performance threshold).
• Define best practices for application deployment.
• Integrate application with other ES Data platforms and Business Unit installations of application.
• Participate in overall data platform architecture and strategy.
• Research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution based on best practices and application functionality with minimal direction.
