Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee onboarding, benefits, and payroll processes
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and new employee orientations
• Support talent management, performance reviews, and employee relations
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Facilitate training and development programs
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Help drive diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives
