Location : Dallas, TX (Frisco / Celina area)

Employment Type : Full-Time / Permanent / Onsite

What you'll do

  • Generate and follow-up on leads, qualify and educate buyers about our products, drive sales, and support homebuyers throughout the process.
  • Develop community business plans, identify marketing strategies, establish Realtor partnerships, and implement outreach programs to meet sales targets.
  • Provide an exceptional home buying experience by educating buyers on community details, products, processes, including design, mortgage, construction, and closing.
  • Qualify buyers for their respective communities effectively.
  • Communicate clearly, collaborate, build rapport, and support team members across all aspects of the home buying process.
  • Achieve sales goals, attend meetings, and ensure seamless customer experience through proper follow-up.
  • Meet customer service performance objectives.
  • Participate in staff and industry meetings to stay informed about market conditions, property values, and relevant legislation.
  • Additional duties as discussed.

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of onsite new home sales experience.
  • A business-minded sales professional with a proven ability to meet sales goals and budgets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with prospective homebuyers.
  • High energy, outgoing, professional demeanor.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of converting leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or similar sales software.
  • Bonus points

  • Active Real Estate License (preferred, not required).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Bilingual abilities (a plus).
