Technical Business Analyst

Seeking a talented individual with knowledge of and experience working with business partners and technical development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions. They will help our Pricing and Customer Projects team to improve their processes, efficiency, and customer experience. This role supports the development of low-code applications, RPA, data reporting, and data visualizations. This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-paced, highly motivated team of 12 developers and business analysts.

Major responsibilities include :

• Gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and performing end-to-end application testing to ensure solution quality and alignment with business needs.
• Identifying the inter-dependencies of complex projects across domains. Requires leadership, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders and executives.
• Researching technologies / solutions available with minimal dependency on lead / manager.
• Taking ownership of deliverables and improving existing processes. Defining standards for team deliverables and processes.
• Prioritizing primary assignments and ad-hoc work for junior team members. Providing feedback to team members as required.
• Investigating and documenting business requirements from business partners to facilitate discussions and conduct workflow analyses. Constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
• Recommending solutions or improvements to business processes which can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• Interpreting business requirements to functional designs. Collaborating with developers and engineers on technical designs and development.
• Acting as a liaison and lead between the IT development group and business partners for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
• Working with large datasets within applications, developing reports and dashboards as well as the creative problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills necessary to drive change.
• Ensuring solutions are tested / validated sufficiently before being implemented in production. Test planning and testing results with a minimal level of input and review from management.
• Possessing an in-depth understanding of the business function / process supported, and also viewed as a credible representative of that business function / process.
• Working closely with the team to ensure on-time delivery of quality solutions with minimal rework.
• Responsible for product ownership and working with business partners for improvements to drive business.

The anticipated salary range for this position : $96,200.00 - $144,560.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
