Lead to maximize the impact of our Supply Agreement by working with members and distribution
partners. This is a unique growth opportunity for someone looking to grow their existing grocery, supply
chain, or retail experience.
As the Supply Agreement Lead, you will help further INFRAs vision of a sustainable, equitable food
system by keeping INFRAs National Supply Agreement (NSA) ship shape. This position isnt limited to details and Excel tracking, though. You will also play a key role in maintaining healthy relationships with members and distribution, and you will collaborate with the Member Success team, Purchasing team, and Participation project to further opportunities through primary distribution partners.

What you will own and improve :
Supply Agreement Member Engagement
- Manage all NSA details and processes. Ensure all necessary outcomes are defined, communicated, delivered on time. Audit and implement changes as needed.
- Go-to person for solving issues and challenges that arise in facilitating INFRAs NSA. Partner with INFRA team as needed.
- Maintain excellent relationships with members to maximize their engagement in the supply agreement. Communicate value of Supply Agreement, determine needs, answer questions, and outline opportunities to expand participation. Partner with INFRA team as needed.
- Onboard members into Supply Agreement including outlining value and opportunities to impact member businesses.
- Monitor, review, support and encourage compliance with INFRA Participating Member Supply Agreement commitments. Coach through questions and point toward solutions or resources.
Supply Agreement Distribution Management
Drive successful Distributor (KeHE) partnership, utilizing internal INFRA collaboration when needed. Ensure commitments and deadlines are clear and defined. Accountable for ensuring outcomes occur as agreed or proactively following up to address obstacles or issues.Lead INFRA / Distributor meetings (currently weekly and as needed)Manage and monitor the existing Distributor Supply Agreement, including yet not limited to, ensuring distributor compliance with agreement commitments. Outline opportunities for improvements and partner with others to make them happen.Within Distributor Supply Agreement, work with all stakeholders on APL (Authorized Product List). Ensure acceptable product availability, fill rates, and service level (driver, warehouse, On Time Delivery). Find opportunities for growth.Supply Agreement Data, Analysis, and Performance
Ensure systems in place for monitoring and evaluating overall and individualized Supply Agreement performance.Track Distributor partner performance, deliver Load Ratio reporting and analysis on time per schedule. Include review of APL impact and recommended outcomes.Lead creation, analysis, and distribution of ad-hoc weekly, quarterly, and annual reports (distributor and member). Identify insights or opportunities. Work with INFRA team to take advantage of possibilities, both distributor facing and member facing.Analyze all member Supply Agreement data and participation to outline opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. Partner with INFRA team and other partners to increase sales opportunities at store level.What you already know :
3-5 years of supply chain management, account management, project management, strategy, or equivalent experience.Understanding of retail grocery organizations or purchasing cooperative organizationsExperience in a client / member-facing position, including accountability for demonstrating the value of initiatives using relationship-based techniques, negotiations, communication tools, and presentation tools.Proactive and skillful problem solver who takes initiative to find solutions and improve upon processes. We love self-taught backgrounds!Curious and creative analytical skills, strong experience in creating reporting and analyzing dataComfortable with a variety of technology systems, programs, and project management tools including Office365 (we hope you love Excel!), Client Relationship Management systems, contract systems, etc.Demonstrated ability balancing long-term, healthy working relationships and working within a team to collaboratively accomplish goals.Skilled in prioritization, detail orientation and organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure without compromising quality.Clear, concise written and verbal communicatorProven ability to work independently and collaborativelyWhat you will learn :

Location : INFRA HQ as part of hybrid workforce (currently 3 days / week in office)
Travel requirements : up to 10%
Pay info : MP1 $65,000-$80,000-$95,000
