Full-Time Janitorial / Custodial Foreman

Janitorial / Custodial Foreman needed to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8AM-4PM. Under State Contract MALE is required for position. Must have reliable transportation. Position to include but not limited to emergencies, on-call weekends and holidays, janitorial experience, quality assurance reviews, participate in training sessions, assure compliance with contract specifications, prepare and post work schedules- ensuring all shifts are covered including call-outs, review and submit time cards, ensure inventory of supplies available on site at all times, work closely with contractors and vendors.
