Regional Controller

Job description :

A leading Tier 1 automotive supplier in northern Georgia (30 min from Chattanooga, TN) is seeking a Regional Controller to support three different manufacturingfacilities in the South-East. This role partners closely with Plant and Regional Leadership to drive financial performance, ensure reporting accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a high-visibility leadership role supporting t hree U.S. manufacturing sites , offering the opportunity to directly influence financial strategy, plant performance, and continuous improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for multiple manufacturing sites.
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting, including standard cost development and reconciliation.
• Analyze product, project, and customer profitability and recommend improvements.
• Support capital projects, fixed asset accounting, and cost tracking.
• Provide KPI reporting and financial insights to Operations and Plant Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost control and inventory levels.
