Job description

A company is looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential partners across various sectors including conservation and climate mitigation

Design and negotiate partnership frameworks that leverage scientific capabilities to meet partner needs

Manage partnership opportunities from initial contact through formalization and implementation

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in partnership or business development, preferably in environmental science or conservation

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, ecology, biology, or a related field

Proven track record of developing and formalizing partnerships in environmental or scientific sectors

Deep knowledge of ecosystem services valuation, conservation finance, or climate policy frameworks

Experience with contract negotiation and high-level organizational representation
