Job descriptionPromote healthy family interactions Teach children and families new skills (social, emotional, problem-solving, safety) Be a positive role model Demonstrate compassion and empathy Assist families with achieving their goals Minimum 60 or higher education credit hours in Social Services, Human Services, Health, Education; Minimum 90 or higher education credit hours in an unrelated field; Must obtain a provisional BHP certificate within 30 days of hire, and full BHP certification within a year of hire, training provided. Must obtain First Aid / CPR and Blood borne Pathogens certification with 60 days of hire, training provided Must complete Safety Care training within 30 days of hire, training provided. Valid State of Maine driver license, reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance, and willingness to use own transportation for work.
