Role Overview :

Are you a data-driven marketing expert with a passion for analytics, technical SEO, and digital advertising? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can wear multiple hats and make a direct impact? As a Digital Marketing & Data Specialist at Everblue, you'll play a key role in driving lead generation, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing our digital presence. You'll collaborate with a small, nimble team, leveraging your expertise to refine strategies, analyze data, and contribute to the company's growth.

This is a full-time contract role with the potential to become permanent based on performance, business needs, and cultural fit.

Responsibilities :

SEO & Website Management :

Optimize website content for search engines using SEMrush and Google Search Console, maintain and update existing pages on WordPress and Webflow, and take an active role in building and designing new standalone websites

PPC Advertising :

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate leads and improve conversion rates

Data & Analytics :

Analyze campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, providing insights to optimize performance

Data Integrity & Accuracy :

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across multiple spreadsheets and platforms by validating user-provided content, cross-referencing information, and implementing quality control measures

Email & SMS Marketing :

Execute targeted email campaigns using Drip, implement SMS marketing strategies, and monitor campaign performance

Requirements :

• 5+ years in technical SEO, including schema, keyword research, metadata, and site structure
• 5+ years managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta and / or LinkedIn platforms
• Experience building and managing websites on platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, or Webflow
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to cross-check and validate data
• Experience working in a small business or fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
• Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and multitasking skills
• Innate curiosity and a drive for continuous learning
