ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician (Part-Time, After-School Hours)

About Us

Founded in 2015 by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Our mission is to help children build communication, independence, and resilience through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Mon, Tues, Fri

• 5 : 00 / 5 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 / 7 : 30 PM

Middlesex, NJ 08846 (14 y / o)

Mon–Fri

Weekends

Parlin, NJ (9 y / o)

3 weekdays

Flexible weekdays; must include either Friday or Saturday (not both)

What We Offer

$19–$29 / hour (based on qualifications & experience)

Flexible part-time schedules (after school & weekends)

Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs

Paid training and support toward RBT certification

Collaborative and supportive team environment

Responsibilities

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children with ASD

Track and document progress using ABA strategies

Reinforce positive behaviors and manage challenging ones

Implement treatment plans designed by supervising BCBAs

Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

Qualifications

Coursework or degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

RBT certification preferred (training available if not certified)

Experience working with children with ASD or developmental challenges a plus

Strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion

Must meet NJ state requirements for ABA paraprofessionals
