Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to handle core accounting responsibilities and support the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage accounting processes for property costs and related reconciliations

Oversee the day-to-day work of an offshore accounting team and provide guidance on various accounting tasks

Prepare financial statements and reports for a specific fund, addressing financial implications for management and investors

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

3+ years of accounting experience

CPA preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience in Real Estate, preferably rental property preferred
