What You'll Do

• Oversee and implement individualized ABA programs

• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians

• Support families through consistent collaboration

• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity

• Participate in team meetings and clinical reviews

What We're Looking For

• Enrolled in or completed a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

• 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred

• Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance

• RBT certification preferred

• Must have CPR/First Aid, DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, and required immunizations (Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B/Tdap – declination acceptable, TB clearance within 3 months)
