Specialty : APP Emergency Medicine (with EM or urgent care Experience)

Location : West Valley Hospital (Critical Access Hospital)

Care Team Model : APP will work alongside 1 Physician

Shift : 12p-10p, Monday Friday

Annual Volume : over 14,000

Average Daily Census : 50 / day in a 24-hour period

Types of Cases / Procedures : Pending intake call with client

Open or Closed ICU : None, patients are sent to main campus in Salem

EMR : Epic

Acuity Level : higher

Minimum Years of Experience : 1 or more years
