Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Inbound Care Coordinator to join our team in the Sandy Springs, GA office! This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality customer service by efficiently managing inbound communication from clients and providing expert assistance. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving client inquiries.

Responsibilities :

• Manage inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex client issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the database.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to enhance team performance.
