A company is looking for a Technology Trainer to support attorneys and staff through training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide one-on-one training and support to attorneys and staff
Manage and maintain document templates and forms, delivering training as needed
Identify training needs and assist with onboarding and testing new software
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a training or coaching role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other technology platforms
Knowledge of Aderant, NetDocuments, or other document management systems is a plus
Experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred, but not required
