The Role
TITLE : Sales Development Associate
DEPARTMENT : Global Revenue and Supporter Success (GRSS)
REPORTS TO : Executive Director, US (GRSS)
LOCATION : Remote, East Coast
SALARY RANGE : $51,000 - $63,000 (Placement within this range is dependent upon experience and location)
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES : We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Development Associate (SDA) to help drive our mission-driven growth. As an SDA, you will qualify and nurture B2B leads, generate new opportunities, and provide essential pipeline and sales enablement support. You will also play a key role in account management support, helping to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion within existing partnerships. Your work will expand our reach, deepen relationships, and ultimately advance our mission to make workplaces work for womenand everyone.
