Your Role & Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist specializing in Hand Therapy, you'll be responsible for:

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implementing effective therapy programs in accordance with AOTA standards.
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Supervising assistants and aides to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Custom fabricating splints/casts for complex diagnoses.
• Ensuring all patient documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educating patients on rehabilitation techniques, home care plans, and injury prevention.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and staying updated on the latest therapy techniques.

What We're Looking For:

✓ Licensed Occupational Therapist with a degree from an ACOTE-accredited program.
✓ Expertise in hand therapy and advanced practice techniques (certifications preferred).
✓ Strong clinical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
✓ Ability to supervise and mentor therapy assistants and aides.
✓ Excellent communication skills to interact with physicians, patients, and case managers.
✓ Passion for helping others restore function, mobility, and independence.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs and assist patients safely.
• Capable of standing, bending, and reaching throughout the day.
• Proficient in handling therapy equipment and writing accurate patient records.
