As a commercial director within our Low Carbon Solutions team, you will be a key player in our business strategy and execution. You will design and build full-cycle foundational analysis for transactions, including financial analyses and preparing presentations.
You will take on significant responsibilities requiring process management, leadership, and analytical skills.
You will support complex negotiations with international and Fortune 500 companies to close sales and purchase agreements for low-carbon ammonia.
You will manage relationships with senior management of potential customers in the low-carbon ammonia business.
You will provide recommendations, obtain alignment, and give regular updates to ExxonMobil senior management on negotiation progress.
Support sales and marketing efforts with external customers.
Develop commercial offers, including SPA, MOU, etc.
Evaluate and scope opportunities.
Prepare materials for negotiations with customers.
Develop marketing strategies and pricing models.
Maintain competitive insights for market strategies and supply analysis.
Develop Gate 3 commercial and business development deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or financial discipline
Minimum 10 years' experience in financial, commercial, and / or business development roles in Energy
Demonstrated ability to conclude definitive agreements at a Corporate level
Expert knowledge of long-term upstream, midstream, product and / or transportation agreements in oil & gas or a related industry.
Deep familiarity with project investment evaluation
Strong analytical skills
