We are a locally owned ABA practice offering services in our welcoming clinic, in client homes, and in schools throughout the greater DeLand area. Our team is made up of exceptional RBTs, dedicated clinicians, and compassionate staff who work together to provide high-quality, individualized care to children and families.

YOUR ROLE :

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support clients and their families.

Monitor progress and adjust interventions with care and precision.

Supervise and mentor our amazing RBTs and student analysts.

Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes.

Help foster a positive, supportive and growth-oriented team culture.?

WHAT WE OFFER :

A competitive salary based on experience and qualifications : $75,000 - $87,000
