General Manager – Ulta Beauty

Pay Range : $87,360 – $120,640 per year.

Overview

Ulta Beauty, a leading beauty retailer, seeks a General Manager to lead a single retail store, including salon. The GM will drive sales growth, deliver superior guest experience, and uphold Ulta Beauty’s mission, vision, and values.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Performance : Promote accountability, drive sales growth, manage payroll, deliver operational excellence, perform makeup and skincare services, maintain attendance, and stay informed on industry trends.
• People : Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a diverse team, address policy violations, build an inclusive culture, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and support training.
• Process : Ensure compliance with policies, uphold dress code, use scheduling and task tools, protect assets, execute inventory controls, and communicate operations to field leadership.
