Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Patient Care Coordination team, ensuring high-quality service and productivity
Manage clinical operations, including patient scheduling, records review, and resolution of patient escalations
Oversee daily operations and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role preferred
Active Medical Assistant Certificate
Experience in leading teams within a digital health / telehealth environment
Strong understanding of medical practice operations and professionalism standards
Proficient in computer skills and ability to adapt to evolving IT systems
