Leader of Financial Planning & Analysis (Remote – NC, Research Triangle & Boston)

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with Corporate, Commercial and Business Unit leadership and CFO to develop integrated business and financial plans, annual budgets, monthly forecasts and business performance reviews.
• Prepare financial materials for PE sponsors, lenders, and Board presentations.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models that support strategic decision-making.
• Drive the development of standardized reporting and operational KPIs across global operations.
• Support commercial teams in pipeline forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
• Provide financial modelling and analytical support to M&A activities.
• Oversee development of systems and processes to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and oversight to other members of the FP&A team.
