Contract Support Assistant

The Contract Support Assistant will :

• Support the drafting, printing, and packaging of administrative contract modifications for CO action.
• Compile acquisition packages in support of the COs review and action.
• Perform data entry and retrieval in contracts and financial databases to support contract administration.
• Compile data reports.
• Execute timely and accurate contract data entry within customer databases and tools.
• Conduct database research to help identify unliquidated obligations that require customer review and action.
• Collect, coordinate and prepare draft contract documentation in support of the CO in preparation for the settlement of FFP contracts for CO review / determination and approval.
