  • Start : Oct 27-28, Oct 31, Nov 7, Nov 24, Dec 22-24, Feb 25 - call only, March 24-27, March 30-April 3, April 6-10, April 20-24, May 11-17, June 22-26
  • Hours : 7 am - 3 pm
  • Call Hours : 3 pm - 7 am
  • Call Scheduled : Mix of OR and OB cases
  • Types of cases required : ENDO, OB / GYN, Peds, General, ORTHO. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
  • Licensure Requirements : ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Credentialing Timeframe : 120 days
