JST is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time remote position. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the mission, initiatives and programs.
• Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media channels, websites and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize campaigns and drive results.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including public affairs, to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
• Provide regular reports and presentations as requested on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and key performance indicators.
• Ensure consistency of the brand, message and communication of all products.
• Participate in discussions and meetings to gather critical information that is key to product development and provide tactical and strategic knowledge in the area of expertise to better inform team members and further the goals and priorities.
• Understand target audiences and tailor products to resonate with audiences to demonstrate the value.
