Comprehensive NICU Network : We support a network of Level II"IV NICUs throughout Central California, allowing families to access advanced treatment close to home. Our Level III NICU offers the highest level of care available for neonates and infants, with 50state-of-the-art beds and immediate access to subspecialty consultations.

Multidisciplinary Excellence : Our independent, nonprofit network brings together experts from diverse pediatric disciplines, offering highly specialized medical and surgical services for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.

What Youll Do

Deliver expert, evidence-based care to critically ill and premature infants in a state-of-the-art, 50-bed Level III NICU.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, pediatric specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Participate in the care of infants with a wide range of conditions, from routine to highly complex, utilizing the latest medical and surgical advancements.

Provide leadership, education, and support to families and staff, fostering a compassionate, family-centered care environment.

Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and clinical research within our network.
