Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years CVOR Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled CVOR Tech to join a respected healthcare facility in San Diego, CA.

Details :

• 36 hours per week
• 13 week assignment
• 3x12 hour days

Key Responsibilities :

Function as a scrub tech in cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures

Prepare and maintain the sterile field and surgical instruments

Assist the surgical team by anticipating needs and providing necessary instruments and supplies

Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a scrub person in a hospital setting Required

Completion of an approved program for Operating Room Technicians OR demonstrated technical skills through on-the-job training Preferred

Scrub Tech Certification Preferred

Current BLS for Healthcare Providers Required
