Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :
Identify User Needs :
Research and analyze user preferences and behaviors to understand their objectives and working methods. Conduct focus groups to gather insights.
Plan Information Architecture :
Develop a structured information architecture by studying site concepts, strategies, and target audiences. Envision the design of information structures, features, functionalities, and user interfaces.
Organize Information :
Transform user behavior insights into coherent media structures. Create interactive experiences using workflow diagrams, user scenarios, flowcharts, and storyboards.
Implement Designs :
Produce interactive prototypes and mockups that represent page layouts and navigational elements. Work closely with Web Producers and Production Developers to ensure cohesive integration of design and functionality.
Validate User Experience :
Develop and conduct usability test plans, analyze traffic patterns, and gather user feedback in collaboration with Usability Specialists to refine information delivery.
Continuous Learning :
Stay updated on web design and usability trends by participating in educational opportunities and engaging with professional publications and networks.
