The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of seamless gutters, gutter guards, specialty gutters, and more. With over 100 franchise locations across the United States, we are rapidly growing and continuously seeking driven individuals to join our team.

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters services include :

  • Repair, installation, and maintenance of Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters, and more

Responsibilities include :

  • Attending all estimates on time
  • Pricing new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit with prospect using The Brothers That Just Do Gutters production rates
  • Returning incoming phone calls in a professional manner, within 8 business hours of call
  • Providing product differentiation to customer throughout selling process
  • Effectively selling the company's services to the customer in a competitive atmosphere
  • Helping jobs stay "happy and under." Visiting every sold job at least once to maintain relationship with customers and crew
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids
  • Striving to target and market to the most profitable jobs
  • Prioritizing work and actions in order to achieve established sales goals
  • Maintaining a closing / dollars sold % of at least 40%
  • Developing a well thought out prospecting plan focusing on generating leads for the company
  • Participating in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote company
  • Relentless prospecting : Asking every new client for referrals and gaining new business outside of the company's regular marketing efforts
  • Maintaining an organized work flow and process using company CRM
  • Setting and achieving goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits
  • Communication responsibilities include :

  • Maintaining regular communication with the owners, staff, and field personnel
  • Maintaining company reputation of integrity and professionalism by communicating with customers in a professional manner
  • Assuring that all necessary information pertaining to jobs is communicated to crew leaders
  • Maintaining open communication with crew leader and painters
  • Communicating with all employees in a positive and respectful manner
  • Other responsibilities include :

  • Demonstrating positive leadership through all actions with all employees
  • Attending all meetings on time
  • Working the necessary hours per week in order to perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new systems
  • Assisting in problem solving and implementing solutions
  • Participating in planning company growth and development
  • Requirements include :
