Front Desk Receptionist
General Description
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment. This role requires exceptional multitasking and communication skills, as the receptionist manages a high volume of calls (80–100 per shift) while supporting administrative functions across departments. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting .
Key Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and route a high volume of incoming calls (80–100 per shift) to the appropriate departments.
Accurately collect and input caller information into the internal system or assign tasks to the correct team.
Monitor and respond to the reservations email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure messages and service requests are handled efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Oversee breakroom upkeep and ensure snacks and office supplies remain stocked and organized.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
Professional demeanor with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment .
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and capable of handling multiple phone lines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
