Operations Scheduler - Critical Field Services
Operations Scheduler Responsibilities :
- Work in a fast-paced operations environment, balancing multiple critical jobs, high accountability.
- Manage a designated territory of Field Service Engineers by coordinating all maintenance visits, emergencies, and installation.
- Handle important logistics such as coordinating travel, part / equipment tracking, and emergency maintenance requests.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are completed.
- Provide phone and email support to clients
- Create Quotes for our Customers based on Field Service Recommendations.
- Prepare Field Service Reports based on the equipment entered by our Field Engineers.
Requirements :
AS / AA degreeAt least three years of experience in an office environment with previous data entry is requiredPrior experience in service scheduling, dispatching, or operations coordination (construction, field service, HVAC, utilities, or similar).Experience in electrical, HVAC, UPS, or facilities services is a bonus but not required.Comfortable managing complex calendars with many moving parts (technicians, equipment, customer appointments).Background in administrative support, project coordination, or operations assistance.Familiarity with work orders, purchase orders, job costing, or service tickets is valuableExcellent Customer Service SkillsExcellent communication, writing, negotiation, and time-management skillsEnthusiasm and an ability to learn quickly and retain informationAdvanced PC skillsAdvanced Microsoft 365 SkillsA positive attitude and an ability to represent us with professionalismAbility to work in a fast-paced, challenging and changing work environmentSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional style with a strong ability to work independentlyProspective candidates should be proficient with the following software : Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in grammar and sentence structure is expected.
