As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will lead the development of innovative technology solutions that drive business success. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to guide teams through complex challenges and deliver quality results. What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

At least 7 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in application architecture / solution architecture

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science preferred

Experience managing technology solutions across various aspects

Leading rapid-prototyping efforts with emerging technologies

Building production-level AI features and applications

Designing technical architectures for large-scale platforms

Contributing to incubators and innovation lab environments

Leading developers in delivery of software products

Developing applications with proficiency in scripting languages

Knowledge in cloud architectures and services

Knowledge in event-driven and microservices architectures

The salary range for this position is : $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
