Job Responsibilities

• Create Custom Treatment Plans : Assess patients' specific needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday living tasks.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, whole-person care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy practices to ensure continuous improvement in a home setting.
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.
