Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our Marketing Team. This individual will be responsible for managing all social media strategy, content creation, posting, and community engagement across our portfolio of restaurant brands. From developing engaging campaigns to producing high-quality visual and written content, this role plays a vital part in shaping the online presence of our restaurants.
The Social Media Manager / Content Creator will work closely with restaurant leadership and report directly to the Marketing Director .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for each restaurant brand.
- Create original, high-quality photo, video, and written content tailored to each platform.
- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure consistent brand voice across accounts.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, and growth.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with followers and online communities to build strong relationships and increase brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and restaurant operations teams on campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Provide creative input for advertising initiatives and paid media campaigns.
- Provide monthly reporting based on social performance.
- Attend events to capture content.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, particularly on the Meta platforms. (preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands).Be able to work in a face-paced, as needed environmentBe able to manage and maintain multiple clients.Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (mobile and professional-level).Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.Ability to work in a mobile environment to capture all content needed.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Creative eye for design; basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.Must be able to work 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, in an office environment.Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.Passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement.Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license.Must be eligible to work in the U.S.#J-18808-Ljbffr
