TruBlue of Frisco, Prosper, & Celina is hiring for a full-time Lead Home Service Technician (Handyman / Handywoman / Contractor) who can provide and oversee home services.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for performing a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks while leading by example in quality, professionalism, and customer service. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership duties such as mentoring junior technicians, ensuring job site efficiency, project estimates, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled repair and maintenance tasks, and general handyman work
• Lead and supervise on-site work, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to high standards
• Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about scope of work, timelines, and project updates
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and time spent on jobs
• Represent the company positively in customer homes and within the community
