Marketing Operations Manager
Netchannels is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Operations Manager for our client : Google Cloud. This is a W2 FTE position of Netchannels with full benefits.
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for enabling the marketing team to work smarter, measure their impact accurately, and ultimately drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with experience identifying, designing, and documenting scalable processes and workflows to improve the efficiency of the marketing team.
In this position, you will be a key member of the Marketing Team and will collaborate with key internal and external partners to develop and deliver efficiencies.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain the Google Customer reference Webpage cloud.google.com / customers.
- Manage publishing capacity and operations; Quarterly refresh of featured customer stories; Annual "old" story deprecation process
- Manage approval process for : Field customer logo and story use requests from marketing and go-to-market stakeholders, including maintaining a reproduction of pre-approved logos, stories, and routing to CRMs when additional approvals are needed. Fielding and actioning requests for "logo wall" slides from stakeholders. Developing and maintaining standard operating procedure documentation for these processes. Optimizing these processes as needed. Reflecting these asks in our core workflow tools, like the Reference Activation Center
- Maintaining Google Intranet sites and resources for global Customer References, including links to the latest story repositories, documentation, and processes.

You have 7+ years in Marketing with a technology focusYou have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business AdministrationYou have experience in Program ManagementYou can prioritize, multitask, and handle change in real timeYou have experience with a diverse toolkit : Gemini, Workspace, Google Analytics, CRM, and Program Management tools.This position can be located anywhere in the United States.At Netchannels, we value differences.
