About The Position

Job Title : Interventional Radiology Tech

Experience : Minimum 1 year required

License : Required

Certifications : ARRT R, BLS

Must-Have :

Previous charge experience

Experience with patient ratios

Charting system experience preferred (Epic)

Community hospital experience required

Travel experience required

Description :

Interventional Radiology Tech needed for a day shift position.

On-call rotation is required and shared among three techs.

Weekend call involves working Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The week after weekend call requires working Thursday only.

The week before weekend call requires working Monday and Wednesday.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience.

First-time travelers are not accepted for this role.

Epic experience is preferred.

The tech should be able to manage and access ports.

Skills in various angiographic procedures and interventions are essential.

Familiarity with sterile techniques and maintaining equipment is required.

Candidates should have experience with specific procedures including but not limited to :

Angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, and dialysis graft interventions.

Floating within the hospital may be required as needed.

Consideration will be given to candidates with minor background hits.

Valid licenses and certifications must be presented upon submission.

Applicants must not be local to the facility.
