Dynamics 365 Developer

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer for a remote position supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Dynamics 365 solutions

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365 development
