Production Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician for a West Unity, Ohio employer.

Production Technician Details :

Temp-to-Hire position

$15.00 / hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05 : 55am to 03 : 00pm)

Operate and maintain production equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Assemble products according to technical specifications, ensuring consistent quality throughout the production cycle.

Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential mechanical issues and perform basic repairs or adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly line workflows and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively across a variety of manufacturing tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety protocols and promote workplace efficiency.

Assist with inventory management, including moving, organizing, and tracking materials within the warehouse.

Production Technician Qualifications :

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting preferred.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Familiarity with assembly line operations and production processes.

Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand tools and power tools.

Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
