About the Role
The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance and asset improvement activities at the Marietta facility. This hands-on leadership role manages a skilled team of mechanical and electrical technicians and engineers, ensuring that operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably.
You’ll play a key role in driving uptime, supporting production and quality teams, and leading initiatives that enhance plant performance and long-term reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across all maintenance operations.
- Direct daily maintenance activities to ensure production goals and customer needs are met safely and efficiently.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs, respond to breakdowns, and drive root-cause problem solving.
- Oversee staffing — including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and forecast future needs.
- Identify and execute capital improvement and reliability projects that enhance plant performance.
- Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure documentation, work orders, and records are accurate and up to date using maintenance management software.
- Partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality to deliver operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environmentsAssociate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering TechnologyExperience leading or supervising maintenance teamsPreferred :
Bachelor’s degree in a technical disciplinePrevious Maintenance Manager experienceStrong project management skillsSkills & Competencies
